Who we are

theairosproject is operated by TAP Consulting Services LLC, 3625 NW 82nd Ave Suite 318, Doral, FL 33166, United States. You can reach us at admin@tapcs.net.

What data we collect

theairosproject is a static content site (articles, guides, and resources). We do not offer user accounts or on-site registration forms. The data we process is minimal:

• Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic and behavior (page views, referrers, approximate country, device type). GA4 may store an identifier in your browser.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (AWS S3 + CloudFront) records standard HTTP requests (IP, user agent, URL) for security and diagnostics.
• Email — only if you voluntarily write to an address published on the site.

We do not collect payment data, contacts, location, journals, or sensitive information on this site.

How we use your data

• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
• To maintain security and availability of the service.
• To respond to emails you send us.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling beyond the standard features of Google Analytics.

Third parties we use

• Amazon Web Services (S3 + CloudFront) — hosting and delivery.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic analytics.
• Skool — our external community at skool.com/theairosproject. If you choose to join, the handling of your data is governed by Skool's privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies and browser local storage to: remember your theme preference (light/dark) and for Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some visual preferences may stop being remembered.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings. Server logs are rotated per AWS standard policies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of data we hold about you.
• Deletion — request removal of any data we can identify as yours.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS with security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options). Infrastructure is managed by AWS with standard access controls.

Children

The content is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
